AssetLine Single Item FAX-BID Form

FAX-BID SERVICE

AssetLine offers two Fax Bid Options for clients unable to bid on-line during AssetLine auctions. Please read the instructions below prior to submitting fax-bids.

STANDARD SERVICE

AssetLine will place a single bid on equipment item(s) of an amount detailed within the instructions given by you. Should your Bid be 'Out-Bid' no further bids will be made.

AUTOBID SERVICE

AssetLine will bid the lowest possible bid increment for the item above the 'Current Highest Bid' or 'Opening Bid' and if 'Out-Bid' will continue to place Bids up to the MAXIMUM amount set by you. Bid increments are either JP Yen 20,000 (approx. US$167) or JP Yen 50,000 (approx. US$416). AssetLine places as few incremental bids as possible to secure your win, up to your maximum bid amount.

Please print and complete the "AssetLine Fax-Bid Form" attached below for each equipment item that you wish to Bid for.

All bid amounts are in JP YEN. In order for AssetLine to place your bid, you must be an AssetLine registered user and you must be qualified to bid on behalf of your company. Remember, all bids are the legal equivalent of a firm purchase order and are considered final.
